Recruitment Consultant
Industry: Cleantech/Digital/Renewables
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 with excellent OTE
Location: Bristol/London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
Start: ASAP
This is your chance to carve out a pivotal role in an expanding company helping fuel the transition to clean power, cleantech, digital and other mission-driven sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working as part of an ambitious recruitment team to identify, engage and place high-calibre candidates across grid edge technologies, data centres, renewable energy/grid improvement, IT, and engineering.
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, placing and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Managing your own desk, hitting targets and driving revenue growth through proactive business development and client servicing.
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders internally and externally to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends and build your domain expertise in high-growth industries.
- Operating in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business, and helping elevate the company’s brand in the climate-tech space.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2/3 years experience working in recruitment agency is essential.
- Ideally, you’ll have a background in recruiting for tech/AI, data centres, IT, life sciences or engineering, or at least strong familiarity with one or more of these domains.
- Ambitious, self-motivated and target-driven with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for growth, a collaborative mindset and an interest in working within a company that has a strong mission and purpose.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid set-up in London, able to spend 3 days per week in the office.
