Role Description
The Managing Director will provide strategic leadership for REM Associates Ltd, setting the vision, commercial strategy, and operational priorities for the business. This full-time, on-site role based in Oxford involves:

- Overseeing executive search and e-fulfilment growth projects
- Managing key client relationships
- Ensuring high-quality delivery across all assignments
- Leading and mentoring the team

Day-to-day responsibilities also include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to refine service offerings

- Maintaining strong governance and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or professional services, with a track record of delivering commercial and operational results.
- Strong strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management skills, ideally within executive search or consultancy environments.
- Financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring to support sustainable business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and board level.
- Experience leading and developing teams, creating high-performance cultures, and driving continuous improvement.
- Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, and e-fulfilment trends and challenges; experience working with blue-chip organisations and 3PL providers is highly beneficial.
- Relevant academic background (e.g., degree in business, management, logistics, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Oxford and travel as required for client meetings and industry engagements.
