About the Role
This is a broad leadership role for someone who enjoys building businesses rather than managing one narrow function. You will lead the local business, develop important relationships, set commercial priorities, and make sure teams and resources are aligned with the market opportunity.
Strong written communication and reliable follow through will matter in this role. In the UK, we want someone who can build a quality pipeline, develop relationships, and help prospects understand practical value.
This is a senior role with real ownership. You will be expected to shape the approach, make decisions, and help others execute well.

What you will do
- Review performance, risks, and opportunities
- Make decisions and remove blockers quickly
- Develop the team and improve the way the function operates
- Set clear priorities and expectations for the function
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
What we are looking for
- Strong leadership experience with responsibility for commercial or business performance
- Able to build relationships with senior stakeholders and represent the company well
- Comfort taking ownership across multiple areas of the business
- Strong communication, judgement, and execution skills
- Experience with UK B2B customers or structured sales environments is helpful.
