A leading global management consultancy is seeking a Managing Director to join its growing Public Sector practice, focused on the Home Office, Policing, Law Enforcement, and wider Home & Foreign Affairs landscape.
This is a senior leadership role for an established consulting leader with strong government and policing relationships. You will drive strategic account growth, win major transformation programmes, and lead complex engagements across the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow strategic Home Office, Policing, and Home & Foreign Affairs accounts.
- Build relationships with senior government and policing stakeholders.
- Identify, shape, and win major consulting and transformation opportunities.
- Lead complex programmes, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Own account strategy, commercial performance, and portfolio governance.
- Lead and develop high-performing consulting teams.
- Support major bids, frameworks, and public sector procurements.
- Represent the firm through thought leadership and senior industry networks.

A proven track record of winning strategic public sector accounts, leading major engagements, and developing senior client relationships is essential. Experience with major frameworks, procurement-led opportunities, and SoW engagements is highly desirable.
