HolistiQ Marketing is a UK marketing company focused on connecting businesses with people, audiences, and opportunities.
Role Description
I’m looking for someone to join HolistiQ Marketing as Managing Director & Co-Founder and take the commercial lead in developing the company.
HolistiQ Marketing brings together content, social media, creators and influencers, broadcast and media, partnerships, and commercial opportunities.
Our main focus at the moment is hospitality, supporting businesses within the HolistiQ ecosystem while also developing relationships with independent venues and external clients. As the company grows, our work will expand into other sectors.

The person I’m looking for is commercially minded and naturally good at spotting opportunities — someone comfortable developing partnerships, approaching and winning clients, negotiating agreements, and turning conversations into business.
You don’t need to be the person creating the content or managing every campaign. You need to understand marketing well enough to lead the business behind it.
The opportunity includes 20% ownership of HolistiQ Marketing and profit participation. This is not a conventional salaried position at this stage and can initially begin part-time.
