A leading mid-market Pan-European infrastructure investment platform is seeking to build out its Asset Management team with several senior hires ranging from Managing Director to Vice President level.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving value creation across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure businesses spanning multiple sectors and jurisdictions. Working closely with the investment team, management teams, and operating partners, you will lead strategic initiatives, monitor operational and financial performance, and support portfolio companies in delivering long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead asset management activities and hold board positions across a portfolio of infrastructure investments.
  • Partner with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute value creation plans.
  • Monitor financial, operational, and ESG performance, identifying opportunities to enhance returns.
  • Lead strategic initiatives including acquisitions, refinancing, operational improvements, and exit preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with management teams, advisors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
  • Work closely with deal teams throughout the investment lifecycle, from acquisition through to exit.

  • Demonstrable experience within either an asset management or investment role within infrastructure private equity or a related investment environment.
  • Experience gained in an operational management position of a European infrastructure business or those with experience in transformation teams of leading consultancy firms will also be considered.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience managing complex infrastructure assets.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with senior management teams and boards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience across sectors such as energy transition, transport, social, utilities, or environmental infrastructure is advantageous.
