About The Platform

We are increasingly the preferred expert adviser to infrastructure investors across EMEA after a period of record organic growth in our integrated corporate affairs platform. As a global expert firm, we work with half of the 100 largest private equity sponsors and 8 out of the 10 largest asset owners globally by AuM. We partner with investors and asset owners of all types investing in UK and European infrastructure and real assets to help manage and mitigate risk throughout the deal, asset, portfolio, and fund lifecycle. Our competitive edge is mobilising the firm’s technical sector expertise as part of a global management consultancy to partner with clients facing policy, regulatory, and public reputational challenges and opportunities – be it for a Board, shareholder, or a portfolio company management team. We have a developed range of deep sector experience advocating for clients investing in and operating regulated, social, transport, and digital infrastructure assets.

About The Role

We are looking for a senior corporate affairs professional to join our firm and take our advice and reach for infrastructure investors in EMEA to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for you to deploy your full corporate affairs toolkit, including corporate and financial communications, public policy advocacy, corporate governance, and investor relations to help senior clients in high-pressured situations use stakeholder engagement as a means to influence change.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
