Loxley Partners are working with a leading technology investment banking team looking to make a significant senior hire into its Private Capital practice.
We would be interested in speaking with established Directors and Managing Directors with a strong track record advising high-growth and market-leading technology businesses on private capital transactions.
The successful individual will have deep relationships across the private capital ecosystem – spanning leading private equity, growth equity and institutional technology investors – together with an established network amongst founders, management teams and shareholders of high-quality technology businesses.

The role will encompass the origination and execution of transactions including growth capital raises, minority investments, shareholder liquidity and recapitalisations, as well as larger private capital and sponsor-backed transactions.
This is a senior, entrepreneurial appointment with considerable scope to help further develop an already established franchise. The successful individual will work alongside a high-quality technology banking team and play an important role in expanding the firm’s relationships with both leading technology companies and the global investor community.
We are particularly interested in individuals with:
- A demonstrable track record of originating and executing private capital transactions within technology
- Strong connectivity across European and global private equity and growth investors
- Established relationships with founders, management teams and financial sponsors
- The credibility and experience to advise high-quality technology businesses through complex capital and strategic situations
- A genuinely entrepreneurial approach and appetite to help build and develop a leading franchise
