FitPoint Talent is recruiting for a confidential global executive-coaching organisation seeking a senior leader to guide leadership development, executive coaching, operational delivery, and client growth.
You will work with senior leaders, corporate clients, and partners to build leadership capability, strengthen organisational performance, and deliver high-quality coaching, consulting, and learning solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead leadership-development, learning and development, and leadership training programmes for senior leaders and client organisations.
- Deliver executive coaching and professional coaching support to executives and leadership teams.
- Diagnose leadership, talent, and organisational needs; shape practical consulting and organisational development solutions.
- Facilitate leadership sessions, group programmes, and workshop facilitation activities across virtual and in-person settings.
- Build trusted senior-client relationships through strong stakeholder management, credible advice, and high-quality delivery.
- Support talent development, succession, capability-building, culture, and people-development initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop coaching, facilitation, or consulting teams where applicable.
- Contribute to programme innovation, including AI-enabled leadership and coaching solutions where relevant.

What You’ll Bring
- Significant senior experience in leadership development, executive coaching, training, consulting, learning and development, organisational development, or Human Resources.
- Strong executive-coaching, leadership-coaching, facilitation, and workshop-design capability.
- Experience working credibly with senior leaders, corporate clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability in talent development, leadership training, organisational effectiveness, and people strategy.
- Commercial judgement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate organisational priorities into practical development solutions.
- Relevant degree, coaching accreditation, professional membership, or equivalent senior professional experience.
