We're looking for a Managing Director to lead a thriving London studio, driving new business growth while helping steer the day-to-day success of a highly respected creative agency. Working across branding, strategy and design, you'll combine commercial instinct with relationship building to unlock exciting opportunities and help ambitious brands achieve their next chapter.
The Opportunity
As Managing Director, you'll lead new business across the London studio, building relationships, developing a strong pipeline and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you'll help shape commercial strategy, oversee studio performance and represent the agency across the creative industry. This is a highly visible role with real influence, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both business growth and studio culture.

About You
You're a commercially minded leader who thrives on building relationships and opening doors. You have a proven track record of winning new business within a branding, creative or marketing agency and are confident engaging senior stakeholders. You'll bring experience managing commercial pipelines, leading teams, negotiating opportunities and identifying market trends, while collaborating closely with creative and client service leaders. Most importantly, you're curious, optimistic and believe the best work happens together.
What's In It for You
- Salary £115,000 to £130,000 plus bonus and equity potential, profit share, hybrid working with two days from home, 39 days holiday including Christmas shutdown, early finish Fridays, work from anywhere opportunities, generous learning allowance, enhanced family leave, visa sponsorship, B-Corp values and an open, collaborative culture based in Shoreditch.
