The Role
With a worldwide headcount of 500 and a brand-new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Chennai, and established engineering & sales offices in Dubai, Houston, and Kuala Lumpur, we are highly profitable, operating with zero debt. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will manage our pre-tax profit objectives across all international entities including Oliver Valves, Oliver Valvetek, Oliver Twinsafe, and Oliver Valves India Pvt Limited. While each business operates independently, they are centrally coordinated.
Who We Are Looking For
Our candidate will be a CIMA qualified cost accountant currently in a Financial Director position, with a strong background gained within a mechanical engineering or manufacturing environment. You will have extensive involvement in further developing the objectives of the business, growing the pre-tax earnings and broader business operations, with proven experience in successfully managing and developing people.
