Regional Managing Director
Our Facilities Management client is looking to recruit a Regional Managing Director to lead their South West and Wales Division.
With a focus predominantly on Cleaning and the delivery of Soft Services, this will be a key hire for the organisation as the successful candidate will be responsible for leading all operational, financial and commercial matters as well as covering people management, service delivery and client relationship management.
This is a highly successful business that has grown both organically and through acquisition. The Regional Managing Director will be responsible for growing the business further through contract retention and working closely with the Group Sales team to win new business. It is also anticipated that there will be further acquisitions and that the Regional Managing Director will be expected to successfully integrate these new businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the operational management team to ensure that all contracts are delivered consistently and to the standards expected by customers;
- Ensure that the mobilisation of new contracts is effective and smooth and in accordance with company policy and procedures;
- Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems and contract performance;
- Oversee all financial and commercial elements;
- Build strong and collaborative relationships across the business;
- Identify new opportunities for contract wins and build external customer relationships.

WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience of delivering Facilities Management services to clients, ideally cleaning and soft services;
- Experience of leading a P&L of c£30m;
- Be financially and commercially astute;
- Proven experience of leading remote teams who deliver exceptional service;
- Experience of engaging with clients and building effective long-term relationships.
- Experience of integrating acquired businesses would be beneficial.
You will ideally live within the Southwest of England or Wales. Relocation support may be considered for the right candidate.
