About our client

Our client is an established real estate credit investment firm. They are seeking a head of medium-term real estate-backed lending to join their team in London.

As the leading member of the front office team, you will be responsible for leading the team, origination, execution and managing the portfolio of investments. In addition to a base salary, you will participate in an attractive bonus scheme, which is closely linked to the value of loans issued.

What the job involves

  • Source medium-term loan investments, secured against property assets
  • Take a lead role in the day to day analysis and execution of investments
  • Structure and negotiate investments, identify potential structuring issues and create solutions
