Role Description
The Managing Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for REM Associates Ltd, overseeing executive search and e-fulfilment growth services in the City of Bristol office. This full-time, on-site role includes:

The Managing Director will:
- Lead and mentor the consulting and search teams
- Ensure high-quality delivery across all mandates
- Oversee P&L, budgeting, and resource planning
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing new business opportunities
- Representing the company in senior stakeholder meetings
- Ensuring that processes, tools, and service standards support scalable growth
The Managing Director will also:
- Collaborate on marketing and positioning initiatives
- Refine service offerings
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry and employment regulations
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, 3PL, or professional services, with a track record of managing senior teams and delivering commercial growth.
- Strong background in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation with blue-chip or enterprise-level organisations.
- Strategic planning and financial management skills, including experience with P&L ownership, budgeting, and performance analytics.
- Experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or senior-level recruitment within logistics or related sectors is highly beneficial.
- Deep understanding of e-fulfilment, warehouse operations, capacity utilisation, and broader supply chain dynamics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at C-suite and board level.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change, improve processes, and implement scalable operational frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., logistics or supply chain) are an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in City of Bristol and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
