The Client

My client is a leading asset servicing business providing solutions to asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors.

They are looking for a Head of Relationship Management to take ownership of the client portfolio of their Alternatives Asset Servicing business in the EMEA and APAC region.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop the Relationship Management team, overseeing the firm’s largest and most strategically important client relationships.
  • Create account strategies that strengthen client partnerships, increase wallet share and identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Work with Sales to win new mandates and develop commercial opportunities across the firm’s target markets.
  • Help shape the firm’s product strategy, ensuring new services and geographic expansion reflect client demand.
  • Partner with Product, Operations and Technology to align client requirements with service delivery.
  • Represent the commercial function within senior leadership and contribute to the firm’s wider growth strategy.

What You'll Need

  • Significant experience in a senior Relationship Management, Client Management or Commercial role within Fund Administration, Asset Servicing or a closely related sector.
  • A strong understanding of the operational and commercial requirements of Private Markets clients.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing Relationship Management teams.
  • A proven track record of managing complex, senior-level client relationships and growing revenue within existing accounts.
  • Strong commercial judgement, with experience contributing to product, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
  • The credibility and communication skills required to influence clients, colleagues and senior leadership.
