ESGmark® is looking for a highly driven, growth-oriented Managing Director (MD) to scale an already proven business. The candidate should have a passion for sustainability and strong B2B sales and partnership experience.

The role will offer significant potential for career growth and an extremely attractive remuneration package comprised of salary, bonus and meaningful equity ownership.

Experience that is highly attractive

  • Previously scaled an SME business.
  • Led B2B services, SaaS, certification, compliance, ESG or consulting businesses.
  • Sold product/service into SMEs.
  • P&L responsibility.
  • Built teams from fewer than 10 employees to 20-50 employees.

Revenue Growth & Sales Leadership

  • Building and leading B2B sales teams.
  • Creating sales processes and pipelines.
  • Winning large corporate accounts.
  • Forecasting and managing revenue targets.
