The role will be responsible for regional strategy, P&L performance, organisational development, governance, commercial growth, stakeholder engagement, operational excellence and long-term value creation.

Working closely with Group headquarters and global teams, the successful candidate will lead the development of a scalable, compliant and commercially effective organisation, while strengthening the Group’s market position and supporting future capital market readiness.

Please note that relevant physical consumer product industry experience, together with distributor/wholesale and offline retail channel experience, is considered essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute medium- and long-term regional business strategies and annual operating plans, aligned with the Group’s global strategy, local market dynamics and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Take full P&L responsibility for the UK and relevant international operations, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability and performance across the Group’s multi-brand portfolio.
  • Build, restructure and scale a high-performing UK-based management team across key functions including HR, legal, procurement, brand, public relations, marketing and field operations.
  • Establish and improve corporate governance, reporting lines, performance management processes and incentive frameworks to support a professional, accountable and scalable organisation.
  • Oversee business compliance, governance and risk management across the region, working with internal teams, external advisers and relevant stakeholders to support compliance with applicable legal, tax, employment, regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Lead brand development, public relations and integrated marketing communications, ensuring commercial and brand activities are delivered in a compliant, responsible and commercially effective manner.
  • Oversee reputation monitoring, issues management and crisis communications, working closely with legal, compliance, PR and senior leadership teams where required.
  • Drive cross-border collaboration with the Group’s supply chain centre, global branches and internal business functions to optimise procurement, warehousing, logistics, cost control and day-to-day operational efficiency.
  • Represent the Group at senior level with key external stakeholders, including industry bodies, trade associations, public sector stakeholders, regulators, channel partners, media contacts and major commercial partners, where appropriate.
  • Lead major commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships and cross-regional business initiatives to support business growth and operational synergy.
  • Support pre-IPO readiness and listing preparation work, including corporate governance enhancement, financial reporting readiness, internal control development, operational compliance and delivery of agreed capital market milestones.
  • Lead or support corporate M&A activity and post-merger integration, including target assessment, due diligence coordination, transaction negotiation, integration planning, resource consolidation and delivery of business synergies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
