About the Role
Our client is a UK-based management consultancy providing change and digital transformation services to the Financial Services sector. The company has revenues of £20m, is PE-backed, and plans an exit in the next 12 – 18 months.
The Role
- An expert Business Developer required with a network in Financial Services and a track record of business development in the change and transformation space.
- Drive business performance through relationship management and utilisation.
- Cross-sell across the Group’s divisions, which include Banking, Investments, Financial Crime, M&A, and Insurance.
- A huge opportunity to offer transformation services to the above clients, which has yet to be realised. Additional BD and Marketing resource is available.

The Candidate
- A minimum of 10 years’ consulting experience in transformation to Financial Services clients.
- Proven experience of winning, securing, and growing a client portfolio.
- Detailed understanding of the change & transformation marketplace.
- Hands-on leadership style, natural business developer with a strong network.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary for the role is £250,000 plus a 50% discretionary bonus, equity, 10% pension, health & life insurance.
- Reporting to the Group CEO, the role is hybrid with 2 days per week in the office in the City.
