Premium Incoming UK Leader
Premium Incoming is looking for a motivated tourism professional to lead the development and relaunch of its UK operation.
This is an opportunity for someone who already has solid experience within the DMC/incoming tourism sector and is ready to take the next step in their career. 🚀
We are not necessarily looking for an established senior Managing Director. We are looking for someone with strong potential, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on DMC experience who wants to grow into a leadership position while building a business.
The successful candidate will develop Premium Incoming UK from the ground up, supported by an established international DMC group with operations across several European destinations. The role combines operations, contracting, product development, supplier relations and commercial development, particularly during the initial phase of the UK operation. 🇬🇧
KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES ⤵️
Operations & Destination Management
- Develop and supervise incoming operations across the UK.
- Manage quotations, bookings and operational delivery for FIT, leisure groups and MICE.
- Ensure high service standards and smooth execution of programmes.
- Develop operational procedures in coordination with Premium Incoming's European offices.
- Support complex or high-value files when required.
Contracting & Supplier Relations
- Build and maintain a competitive network of hotels, transportation companies, guides, restaurants, venues and experience providers.
- Negotiate rates, conditions, allocations and commercial agreements.
- Identify new suppliers and experiences that differentiate Premium Incoming's UK product.
- Maintain strong relationships with key local partners.
- Ensure that products remain competitive in terms of quality, creativity and price.
Product Development
- Develop attractive UK programmes for Premium Incoming's international client base.
- Create FIT, leisure group and MICE products adapted to different source markets.
- Identify new destinations, experiences and niche opportunities within the UK.
- Work with the wider Premium Incoming team to develop multi-country European programmes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
