Who You Are

The Managing Director – Europe will establish Ontic’s commercial presence in the United Kingdom and Europe — a critical next step in scaling Ontic’s global go-to-market (GTM) strategy. As Ontic’s first sales leader in the region, this individual will be responsible for building the foundation of our European business: developing the market entry strategy, securing early strategic wins, and creating a scalable model for regional growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this position combines strategic vision, entrepreneurial execution, and leadership capability. The Managing Director will play a central role in shaping Ontic’s brand, market reputation, and long-term revenue trajectory across Europe.

This role is ideal for a proven, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in building new markets—balancing strategic vision, hands-on sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Market Leadership

  • Translate Ontic’s global growth objectives into a focused, actionable GTM strategy for Europe.
  • Assess market dynamics, identify key customer segments, and define regional priorities for expansion.
  • Establish Ontic’s presence in the region — including brand positioning, partner strategy, and client engagement approach.
  • Build foundational operational processes, business cadence, and local infrastructure required for sustainable growth.
  • Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership on regional market trends, competitive insights, and strategic opportunities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
