Job Description

You will lead a high-growth business unit focused on hardware-enabled virtual care. Tasked with scaling a platform that integrates remote monitoring with traditional services, you will own the P&L, drive commercial strategy with public sector commissioners, and build the operational infrastructure needed to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions nationwide.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the end-to-end commercial strategy and execution, from building the sales pipeline to securing large-scale public sector procurement contracts.
  • Oversee the product roadmap and field operations, ensuring seamless device deployment, user onboarding, and high-quality service delivery across multiple regions.
  • Recruit and lead a multi-disciplinary team while reporting directly to the executive board to shape the division's long-term growth.
