This is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced and ambitious professional to be supported to start up their own recruitment business and to lead your wealth creation event, by the global investor in recruitment start-ups, Recruitment Entrepreneur, founded and backed by Chairman James Caan CBE.
Recruitment Entrepreneur and it's parent group currently comprises of 45+ portfolio businesses at different stages of growth. This offering provides talented individuals with funding for their contractors, operational infrastructure, and management advice to ensure the implementation of best practice processes to run their business efficiently and successfully.

It is essential applicants for this role must have high levels of credibility within their own industry sector and have a strong drive to deliver excellence and scale their business. The individual must also have a history of developing a high-performance culture and impacting change, as well as impressive management skills; with the ability to clearly communicate your objectives and vision for your business, and the end goal of what success looks like.

Requirements:
- More than 3 years recruitment management experience
- A long-standing record of high billing and repeat business
- Demonstrable success and progression in your career
- Experience in leading and growing a recruitment team
- In-depth knowledge of a 'niche’ within the recruitment industry
- Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and management skills and keen to further develop your business leadership capabilities
- Drive and passionate to be the best leader you can be
- Naturally able to maintain a high level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity
