About the Role:
As Managing Partner, you will act as our senior representative to NHS leadership, government stakeholders and national programmes. Working closely with our Executive Team, you will influence policy, support major procurement opportunities and ensure our products and strategy remain aligned with the NHS's most significant transformation priorities.
You will play a key role in supporting and influencing some of the NHS's most significant transformation programmes, including:
- NHS 10 Year Health Plan
- Single Patient Record (SPR)
- NHS Neighbourhoods and Primary Care Networks
- Federated Data Platform
- GP IT and DSIC frameworks
- AI and digital workforce transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain senior relationships across NHS England, Wales and Northern Ireland
- Represent our organisation with NHS executives, policymakers and industry forums
- Influence national digital health policy, procurement and primary care strategy
- Identify and shape new commercial opportunities arising from NHS transformation programmes
- Lead strategic engagement around national framework procurements and routes to market
- Provide market intelligence and policy insight to the Executive Team and Board
- Align internal product, clinical and commercial teams around NHS priorities
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing stakeholder engagement team

Who You Are:
You are a highly credible and commercially minded leader with experience operating at a senior level within the NHS or healthcare technology sector.
You are confident building relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decision-making and translating policy direction into strategic opportunities.
You bring executive presence, strong commercial awareness and the ability to represent an organisation effectively within complex, high-profile environments.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience engaging with NHS England, DHSC or equivalent national healthcare bodies
- Deep understanding of primary care, NHS structures, GP IT and integrated care systems
- Proven success influencing policy, procurement or strategic NHS programmes
- Experience securing or managing access through NHS frameworks and national procurement routes
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across complex organisations and demonstrate strong executive presence
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate policy direction into business opportunity
- The confidence to represent an organisation in complex, high-profile environments
