Job Description
At OMD EMEA, we're partnering with a leading global technology client to shape the future of technology-enabled marketing across EMEA. As Managing Partner, Business Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation, scaling AI and automation, and helping multidisciplinary teams deliver measurable business impact through data, technology and marketing transformation.
In this senior leadership role, you'll lead our Marketing Science, Media Operations, Automation and AI functions, bringing them together under a unified transformation agenda. You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, developing long-term strategies that improve effectiveness, operational excellence and innovation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Define and deliver the Business Transformation roadmap across the client partnership.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation and advanced analytics across planning, activation, optimisation and reporting.
- Lead marketing science, measurement, experimentation, reporting and operational excellence initiatives.
- Develop scalable products, processes and best practices that create value across the wider Omnicom network.
- Build, coach and inspire high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
- Foster collaboration across client service, media, creative, technology and platform partners.
- Represent OMD through industry engagement, thought leadership and innovation.

What We're Looking For
- Significant senior leadership experience within media, marketing technology, analytics and/or business transformation.
- Deep expertise in marketing science, measurement, data strategy and digital media operations.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and leading large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people and creating inclusive, high-performing teams.
