Managing Partner / Co-Founder

NTWRK BLACK | Global | Remote

NTWRK BLACK is seeking a Managing Partner / Co-Founder to join the business as we move into our next stage of growth. NTWRK BLACK is a curated global ecosystem connecting founders, investors, senior executives, operators and family enterprises across markets and industries. We are building an operating layer around these relationships—helping members make relevant introductions, access opportunities, exchange intelligence and build meaningful commercial relationships internationally. We have built the brand, platform and initial infrastructure, generated a pipeline of 400+ applicants across 20+ markets, and are now assembling our founding membership cohort. We are looking for an entrepreneurial partner who can help build NTWRK BLACK alongside the existing founder and take meaningful ownership of its growth.

The Role

This is not a salaried executive position. It is an opportunity to join NTWRK BLACK at the ownership level, with the successful candidate making a financial investment into the business and receiving equity as part of an agreed partnership structure.

The Managing Partner will work directly with the founder across commercial strategy, membership growth, partnerships and the continued development of the NTWRK BLACK ecosystem.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Driving the acquisition of high-quality members across our target markets
  • Leveraging and expanding relationships with founders, investors, executives and family enterprises
  • Developing strategic partnerships with relevant companies, institutions and brands
  • Helping shape the commercial model and long-term growth strategy
  • Building relationships across key markets including the UK, US, GCC, Europe and Asia
  • Representing NTWRK BLACK in conversations with prospective members, partners and stakeholders
  • Identifying opportunities that create tangible value for members
  • Contributing to the development of events, roundtables, introductions and other member initiatives
  • Working closely with the founder on the overall direction and expansion of the business

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We're Looking For

We are less concerned with a particular job title than with the network, judgment, commercial ability and entrepreneurial drive you bring. You may currently be—or have previously been—a founder, senior executive, investor, commercial leader, membership executive, hospitality professional, family-office professional or business development/partnerships leader. Ideally, you will have:

  • An established network of senior decision-makers
  • A strong track record in business development, partnerships, membership, investment, hospitality, private networks or adjacent industries
  • The ability to build trusted relationships at founder, C-suite and principal level
  • Strong commercial instincts and an ability to turn relationships into tangible opportunities
  • An international outlook and experience operating across multiple markets
  • The capacity and willingness to make a meaningful financial investment into NTWRK BLACK
  • The time and ambition to take an active role in building the company
  • A long-term ownership mentality rather than an employee mindset
  • Existing relationships across hospitality, investment, private equity, venture capital, family offices, real estate, luxury, professional services or entrepreneurship would be particularly relevant.

Partnership & Investment

This opportunity involves both active participation and financial investment.

The successful candidate will invest directly into NTWRK BLACK and receive an equity position in the company, with the precise investment, ownership, responsibilities and structure agreed between the parties.

We are not looking for a passive investor. Equally, we are not looking for someone simply seeking employment.

We are looking for a partner who wants to own and build the business alongside us.

Why NTWRK BLACK

The value of a network is not simply the number of people within it, but what those relationships enable.

Our ambition is to build an international ecosystem where senior decision-makers can access relationships, intelligence and opportunities that would otherwise be difficult to reach.

Much of the foundation is already in place. The next stage is about converting that foundation into a highly engaged membership base and building NTWRK BLACK into a significant global platform.

For the right individual, this is an opportunity to join at an early stage, acquire meaningful ownership and play a defining role in what the business becomes.

Application

Please apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV alongside a short introduction covering:

  • Your professional background
  • The markets and industries where your strongest relationships sit
  • Why NTWRK BLACK is of interest
  • What you believe you could bring to the partnership
  • Your approximate availability to become actively involved

Please note: this is an investment and equity partnership opportunity and does not currently carry a fixed salary. Candidates should only apply if they are comfortable considering a direct financial investment into the business.

Selected candidates will be invited to an initial confidential conversation to discuss the business, partnership structure and mutual fit.
