Managing Partner, Cyber Advisory

Global remit · UK remote

Cyber and AI risk are converging faster than boards can govern them, and the firms that will define resilience for the next decade are being built right now. One of them is looking for a leader who has already walked the road it's about to walk: taking an advisory practice through a 10x revenue arc into category leadership.

That specific experience is the requirement. Not running a nine-figure practice — building one from a fraction of that, and knowing where it breaks on the way up. You'll own the P&L and the global growth mandate, with a set of assets most advisory leaders never get their hands on:

  • A senior bench already in place. Partners and practitioners with the capability, reach and credibility to lead from day one, not assemble from scratch.
  • Early sight of emerging cyber innovation, through deep ties across the specialist vendor and venture landscape. You'll see what's reshaping the market before competitors have heard of it.
  • Institutional backing built to compound a platform over the long term, not flip it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

What you'll do

  • Turn world-class raw material into the definitive board-level authority on cyber and AI resilience, globally.
  • Build the commercial engine, monetise the network and portfolio, land the marquee clients, and lead from the front through every stage of the climb.

Who you are

  • You have personally scaled an advisory practice through a 10x revenue journey to nine figures — and can evidence the mechanics, not just the outcome: how you built pipeline ahead of capacity, priced into new tiers, hired before the demand landed, and protected margin while headcount multiplied.
  • You owned the number. Not adjacent to it, not inheriting it at scale.
  • You know where growth like that fails — the utilisation trap, the partner bottleneck, the second-market misfire — because you've hit at least one of them and come out the other side.
  • Top-tier consulting pedigree, with the instinct to build something leaner than the model you came from.
  • Relentlessly commercial and board-credible: you win the room, close the deal, then deliver the substance behind it.
  • A builder by temperament. Stewarding a steady state would bore you inside a quarter.
