Managing Partner, Cyber Advisory
Global remit · Retained, confidential
Cyber and AI risk are now converging faster than boards can govern them — and the firms that define resilience for the next decade are being built right now. One of them is looking for the leader who will scale its cyber advisory practice into the category leader.
This is not a caretaker seat. You'll own the P&L and the global growth mandate with a set of assets most advisory leaders never get their hands on:
- A bench of senior partners and practitioners already in place. Capability, reach and credibility to lead from day one, not assemble from scratch.
- Early access to emerging cyber innovation through deep ties across the specialist vendor and venture landscape. You'll see what's reshaping the market before your competitors have heard of it.
- Serious institutional backing. Capital built to compound a platform over the long term, not flip it.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What you'll do:
- Take a practice with world-class raw material and turn it into the definitive board-level authority on cyber and AI resilience, globally.
- Build the commercial engine, monetise the network and portfolio, land the marquee clients, and lead from the front.
Who you are:
- You've provably built and scaled an advisory practice to nine figures ($100m+).
- Big 4 or top-tier consultancy pedigree: you know how to build, price and scale advisory at pace.
- Relentlessly commercial and board-credible — you win the room, close the deal, then deliver the substance behind it.
- A builder by temperament, stewarding a steady state would bore you.
