Managing Partner - Growth Analytics (EMEA) – Media Agency
London | Hybrid (3 days per week)
This is a rare opportunity to join a global media and marketing powerhouse in a newly created leadership role, sitting at the heart of a major transformation across EMEA. You'll bring together data science, analytics, MarTech, governance and client leadership to help global organisations unlock more value from their data and drive commercial growth.

The role
You'll act as the senior analytics and transformation partner for a portfolio of high-profile international clients, ensuring multiple specialist teams work together to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex cross-functional data and analytics programmes across multiple EMEA markets
- Building trusted relationships with senior client executives and internal leadership
- Driving governance, operating models and best practice across analytics delivery
- Bringing together data science, martech, audience analytics, engineering and visualisation teams under one strategic vision
- Identifying commercial growth opportunities across existing and prospective clients
- Leading, mentoring and developing senior analytics and technology leaders
- Helping shape the future direction of the wider Data, Technology & Analytics organisation
Skills & experience required
This is a genuinely senior appointment. We're looking for someone with 10+ years' experience leading international data and analytics functions within a complex, matrix organisation.

You'll ideally bring:
- 10+ years' leadership experience across data, analytics, marketing technology or digital transformation
- Proven experience operating across multiple international markets, ideally EMEA
- Strong understanding of data governance, analytics strategy, MarTech and data management
- Experience leading large cross-functional teams spanning analytics, engineering, data science and technology
- Track record delivering enterprise transformation programmes with measurable commercial impact
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and client leadership skills
- Experience building scalable operating models and embedding governance across multiple markets
- Commercial mindset with experience supporting pitches, business development and strategic growth
- Deep understanding of today's digital marketing, media and data landscape
