Private Office Ventures is seeking an exceptional, highly connected Managing Director

Private Office Ventures is seeking an exceptional, highly connected Managing Director to expand our team and operations in New York, across the US and international markets, with a primary focus on our four core pillars: Sports, Gold, Digital Assets (BTC), and Blue-chip Art valued at more than $500 billion.

About Private Office Ventures

Private Office Ventures is built by 15 team members with pedigrees from leading global institutions, such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, BlackRock, UBS, Credit Suisse Asset Management, PwC, Deloitte, EY, and Deutsche Bank. We manage exclusive deal flow across a wide range of sectors, with strong capabilities in capital raising, strategic transactions, and access to elite investor networks. Our platform connects UHNWI individuals, family offices, venture capital firms, private equity, and leading organizations across global markets.

What You Will Lead

You will be responsible for fundraising and strategic relationship development, as well as building out our team in New York, on behalf of Private Office Ventures’ extensive network of family offices and investors, with special emphasis on opportunities in gold, digital assets, sports, fine art and ultra-luxury real estate.

You will also help grow our presence in the country and support international expansion in close collaboration with the broader team. This role requires someone who can operate at a senior level across our four pillars while representing the firm with credibility, discretion, and authority;

Sports

We are raising $12+ billion for the largest sports project in the world which includes an NBA and MLS team, an arena and stadium, as well as a hotel, casino and resort

BTC

We are matching buyers and sellers in the private market for large transactions in BTC. Our order book is 1.5 million BTC.

Fine Art

Our Fine Art Division represents some of the most valuable paintings in the world from Picasso, Da Vinci, Caravaggio, Renoir and many more, valued at more than $2.17 billion.

Gold

We have access to very large gold inventories (from 1,000MT+) in the private market, across the 5 major hubs, Dubai, Hong Kong, New York, London and Zürich. We are involved in transactions exceeding $500 billion.

Ultra-luxury Real Estate (new)

Additionally, we are supporting the sales of ultra-luxury real estate, including the most expensive villa in the world, situated in Monaco, valued at $265 million, a $103 million apartment, an 80 room with bathrooms private villa in Mallorca.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead fundraising and capital introduction efforts across Sports, Gold, Digital Assets (BTC), and Blue-chip Art.
  • Develop and deepen relationships with family offices, UHNWIs, institutional investors, and strategic partners.
  • Source and support buyers and sellers for large BTC and gold transactions.
  • Help drive strategic initiatives that expand Private Office Ventures’ deal flow and market presence in-country and beyond.
  • Manage high-value transactions with professionalism, confidentiality, and strong governance.
  • Represent the company at senior levels and build long-term partnerships with elite stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, asset management, family offices, or UHNW investor ecosystems.
  • A strong, active network among family offices, UHNWIs, and institutional investors.
  • Proven track record in high-value transactions, fundraising, or origination in commodities, digital assets, sports, or art.
  • Deep understanding of luxury and alternative asset markets, including capital raising for international projects.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
  • High level of discretion and the ability to work in confidential environments.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Comfortable with an entrepreneurial structure and other professional commitments alongside this opportunity, where appropriate.

Compensation

This role begins with a success fee-based compensation structure, designed to reward performance, origination, and closed transactions. It is an entrepreneurial opportunity for someone who wants meaningful upside and is confident in their ability to deliver.
