Due to steady growth and international expansion, we are looking for a committed franchise partner to establish a new branch in England in the field of personnel consulting and recruiting.
Your responsibilities:
- Establishing and managing your own ISG branch in England
- Expansion of the company in England with franchise partners and/or employees
- Selling our services
- Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Preparing job profiles and advertisements
- Professionally recruiting qualified candidates in a national and international environment
- Conducting structured interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process
- Cross-selling of other ISG services (e.g. personnel development, training, Media House)

Your profile:
- Experience in HR consulting, sales or in a management position is an advantage
- Entrepreneurial thinking and high level of self-motivation
- Enjoyment of consulting, communication and working with people
- Written and spoken English
- Professionalism, initiative and success orientation
