Managing Partner, Client Success (Philipps Western Europe)
Bankside, London | Hybrid Working (3 days office / 2 days remote)
OMD EMEA is looking for an exceptional Managing Partner to lead one of our most important regional client partnerships, Royal Philips. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded media and client services leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, driving transformational growth, and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
As Managing Partner, you will oversee the Western European regional network output for Philips, leading a multidisciplinary team across media, data, creative, content, and PR. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you'll ensure strategic excellence, operational effectiveness, and integrated collaboration across the Omnicom network.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the Western European Philips business, ensuring outstanding client service and commercial success across the region.
- Acting as the senior client partner, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and shaping future growth opportunities.
- Driving collaboration across media, creative, content, PR, and data teams to deliver integrated, business-driving solutions.
- Leading and developing a high-performing regional team, coaching individuals to deliver their best work and realise their potential.
- Owning the regional operating model, ensuring excellence in execution, process improvement, and innovation.
- Identifying growth opportunities and leading strategic workstreams that enhance client performance and strengthen partnerships.
- Managing revenue targets and overall profitability, ensuring the business operates effectively and sustainably.
- Supporting new business initiatives and representing OMD with authority and credibility in senior presentations and pitches.

What We're Looking For
- Significant leadership experience within a media agency or closely related marketing environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale international or regional client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, including ownership of budgets, revenue targets, and P&L responsibility.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
- A strategic thinker who can translate business challenges into innovative, actionable solutions.
- A collaborative leader who inspires teams, drives performance, and fosters an inclusive, high-performing culture.
