Knightsbridge International Real Estate is looking for an ambitious entrepreneur to lead the growth of our self-employed Partner network. It is an opportunity to build a business within a business. You will take ownership of recruiting, coaching, and growing a network of high-performing estate agents across London before expanding nationally. You'll work directly with the directors to shape the future of the company.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Recruiting experienced estate agents
- Conducting interviews
- Growing the Partner network
- Coaching new Partners
- Building a culture people don't want to leave
- Improving systems and onboarding
- Hosting recruitment events
- Representing the company across the industry

Earnings
This is a commission-only position. Your earnings are linked directly to the success of the Partner network you build. Exceptional performers have the potential to earn six figures while creating a valuable long-term equity stake.
