Role Overview
As one of our Managing Partner community, reporting into our CCO, you will be an integral part of our leadership team and will have the opportunity to shape the future of our business. Responsible for a portfolio of clients, you will help them transform their marketing strategies to drive business growth, foster key client relationships, and ensure operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop long-term client partnerships that deliver against mutual objectives and goals. Retaining your clients will be an obsession
- Love developing collaborative and trusting client relationships at all levels be it C-Suite, Procurement or Marketing Managers - understanding and getting to know people is a passion
- Build respectful relationships with all your internal colleagues and stakeholders to support empowerment and ownership across all functional teams
- Lead, inspire and mentor a team of Business Directors to deliver exceptional professional and personal development.
- Have a strong strategic mind that unlocks and optimises the right growth opportunities for each client.
- Understand and love the role that technology plays in marketing effectiveness. Get excited about how Content Marketing platforms and Creative Automation can transform your clients marketing operations. Ideally, you will have experience here too but if you haven't, this is why you are applying for the role!
- Have integrated marketing experience (client or agency side) and the desire to have a voice at the table with our clients, always adding value to every brief and the way in which we deliver against it
- Be a point of escalation for the smooth running of all day-to-day delivery. You won't be afraid to get the sleeves rolled up as necessary whilst prioritising operational solutions to deliver best practise
- Be accountable for the P&L for each of your accounts.
- Represent ITG to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, promoting the company's brand and values

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a similar senior leadership role, ideally within the marketing or technology industry
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to drive business growth and innovation
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- A deep understanding of the marketing industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets
