Main Responsibilities
The main role of the Managing Principal is to ensure the continuing development of the Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) consulting organisation in Emerging Markets and Orange Business (EMOB) organisation. Their main activities will be to ensure the development of channel specific offers in line with future market expectation, optimising processes, and standardising governance between consultants, educating sales to position new offers as well as support account teams to grow the business on multinational customers, improve hiring of talents in the security area, replicating innovative ideas from country to country, align our consulting strategy with our partners. They will guide a team of experts in the various countries where we operate and will assist with domain specific consulting engagements in various countries and evaluate a strategic plan to expand consulting services reach to new territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Business development within the Security domain specific to GRC advisory consulting.
- Understand all Orange Cyberdefense service offerings and stay abreast of changes and enhancements.
- Maintain a high degree of knowledge of security market trends and the changing competitive landscape.
- Attend and arrange customer meetings.
- Structure and optimise offers as well as creating new ones.
- Sales evangelisation.
- Assist Account Managers in closing deals.
- Attend training sessions, both in-house, vendor specific and external.
- Work with various entities from Orange Group to have efficient use of resources on projects for our customers.
- Have a close relationship with the different head of consulting in each country.
- Have a close relationship with GRC providers.
- Assist with the attraction and retention of talent.
- Create and maintain internal, and external brand awareness of EMOB Professional Services by means of research and conference talks and other methods.
- Organize workshops in the area of expertise.
- Provide expert GRC consulting on engagements on key customer projects.
- Support the growth of GRC services and manage new GRC consultants joining the team.

Experience / Knowledge Required
- Demonstrable experience as a consultant, and presales experience.
- Extensive experience of the security industry.
- Experience in GRC security consulting.
- Customer facing experience with strong presentation skills.
- Language Skills - fluency in English is mandatory.
- Team leadership experience.
- Experience in writing proposals and scopes, responding to tenders/RFQ/RFP/RFI.
- Good understanding of cyber security and technology fundamentals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Sales acumen & evangelization.
- Results-oriented with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and completing duties.
- Cross-cultural awareness and comfortable in a matrix management environment.
- Confidence, tenacity, creativity, and flexibility in thinking.
- Ability to engage at different levels within multinational customers (e.g. security managers, CISO, CFO,...).
- Drive collaboration from strategy through to implementation.

Technical Competencies
- GRC methodologies and security architectures.
- Security measures and processes as well as best practices.
- Knowledge and experience of Governance Risk And Compliance (GRC) specific security challenges, designs, frameworks, solutions and tooling.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following areas is desirable; ISO2700x, NIST, NIS2/CRA, DORA, PCI-DSS, SWIFT, EU-AI Act.
Level of Education
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equal by experience.
Minimum Work Experience
- Extensive experience in a comparable function, with strong international experience.
Job Context/Environment
- Hybrid/ customer site work occasionally.
- Core working hours, although some flexibility will be required.
- Travel to OCD or customer sites worldwide (up to 25%).
