Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager to join our client on UK projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost management, project management, and procurement.

Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field
- This role will be working on a Hyperscale Data Centre project and although experience is advantageous, it is not necessary
