Job Title

An experienced Quantity Surveying professional is required to join a leading UK infrastructure organisation delivering major capital projects across essential utility networks. Operating at the heart of a nationally significant programme of works, this business plays a key role in maintaining and building critical infrastructure while supporting long-term investment and future growth.

About the Role

We are seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor who can provide strategic commercial leadership across a diverse portfolio of construction and infrastructure projects. In this role, you will oversee all contractual and financial aspects of project delivery, ensuring commercial objectives are achieved whilst maintaining high standards of governance, compliance, and performance. Working closely with Project Managers and wider delivery teams, you will lead contract administration, financial management, tender evaluation, risk management, and dispute resolution activities, while driving best practice across the commercial function. You will also play an important role in developing and mentoring quantity surveying professionals, helping to build capability across the wider team.
