We're looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our regional construction team based in Central London.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Managing Quantity Surveyor for Construction – London you'll be working within our private sector team leading on a major commercial office project from pre-construction through to final account. The role is site based and you'll be responsible for ensuring the commercial objectives of the project are successfully delivered.
Your Day To Day Will Include
- Leading the commercial team
- Establishing and maintaining key client relationships
- Developing and delivering the project procurement strategy
- Overseeing the management of sub-contracts
- Implementing effective project governance and controls
- Preparing internal and external monthly reports
- Managing team workloads and performance

This role of Managing Quantity Surveyor is great for you if you have:
- A track record of delivering large 2-stage projects (£50m+)
- Prior experience working within the Tier 1 main contracting environment
- Confidence in dealing with client representatives, sub-contractors and internal stakeholders
- Ability to lead teams and develop people
- Private sector experience preferred
