At Milk Education, we're looking for an experienced Senior or Principal Education Recruiter who is ready for their next challenge — someone with the ambition to take ownership, build something of their own and make a genuine impact across the education sector.
You'll have access to warm desk opportunities, existing revenue and established relationships across our Primary, Secondary and SEND divisions, giving you the platform to hit the ground running and build from there.
This isn't about coming in and starting from scratch.
It's about taking what you already know, having the freedom to put your own stamp on things, grow your market and ultimately build your own team.

The Role
As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you'll take commercial ownership of an established education market, driving growth while playing an important role within our wider Leeds team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of and growing an existing warm desk.
- Managing and developing established school relationships.
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing education professionals.
- Growing revenue and maximising the potential of your market.
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Sharing knowledge and best practice across the branch.
- Developing your own team as you grow.
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment service from start to finish.
