Managing Recruitment Consultant – SEND

Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step in your career?
Ideally, you'll come from education recruitment, but if you've built a successful desk within a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment such as Healthcare or similar, we'd love to hear from you too.
An exciting opportunity has opened up to take ownership of a warm SEND desk with existing revenue, established client relationships and huge potential for growth.
This isn't about starting from scratch. You'll have great foundations to build from, with the opportunity to put your own stamp on the desk, grow revenue and make a real impact within our Leeds branch.

The Role
As a Managing Recruitment Consultant, you'll take commercial ownership of the SEND desk, driving growth while playing an important role within the wider Leeds team.
You'll be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of and growing the existing SEND desk.
- Managing and developing established school relationships.
- Identifying and winning new business opportunities.
- Sourcing, interviewing and placing education professionals.
- Growing revenue and maximising the potential of your market.
- Supporting and sharing best practice with other consultants within the branch.
- Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment service from start to finish.
