Role Description
This full-time on-site Management Trainee role at Marble Partners, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, focuses on learning and supporting core business operations. The Management Trainee will rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience in areas such as operations, finance, marketing, and client services.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting with data analysis and reporting
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives
- Supporting project coordination
- Preparing presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders
- Shadowing managers
- Participating in training sessions and workshops
- Collaborating with teams on various projects
- Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth business operations

- Ability to analyze data, interpret business information, and create clear summaries and reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- Problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, propose practical solutions, and adapt to change.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all tasks and interactions.
- Proficiency with common office software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software); familiarity with business or project management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in business management and leadership.
