Role Description

This full-time on-site Management Trainee role at Marble Partners, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, focuses on learning and supporting core business operations. The Management Trainee will rotate through key departments to gain hands-on experience in areas such as operations, finance, marketing, and client services.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with data analysis and reporting
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives
  • Supporting project coordination
  • Preparing presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Shadowing managers
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops
  • Collaborating with teams on various projects
  • Maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth business operations

  • Proficiency with common office software tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software); familiarity with business or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in business management and leadership.
