Following the continued success of Albert’s Schloss, Mission Mars are growing their team again and are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to join our fantastic team in Manchester.
Albert’s Schloss provides World Class Food from our Cook Haus and Bakery, an outstanding range of drinks, cocktails and beers from our Bier Palace, and seven nights a week of SHOWTIME!
As an Assistant Bar Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Bar Manager and leading our bar team to deliver an exceptional guest experience every single time. You’ll be hands-on, visible and passionate about creating an energised, high-performing team whilst making sure our guests have an unforgettable experience.
We’re looking for someone who has strong bar and management experience, thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career.
Who We Need...
The ideal candidate will be:
- An experienced Assistant Manager or Duty Manager with strong bar and wet-led sales experience
- Confident leading, coaching and developing a large, energised team
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
- Someone who leads from the front and enjoys being hands-on in a busy bar environment
- Experienced in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality business
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of driving sales and controlling costs
- A natural problem solver who takes initiative and gets stuck in
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Authentic, positive and genuinely invested in developing themselves and those around them
- Someone who wants to progress and build a long-term career with Mission Mars
