Report to: Team Lead

Mandarin Speaking Assistant Customer Service - What You'll be Doing:

  • Process new account applications, closure of accounts, and change of customer information
  • Handle customer enquiries at the front office professionally and in a timely manner
  • Maintain customer relationship and cross-sell relevant products and services
  • Deal with cash and non-cash transactions at the front office and assist customers with any related enquiries
  • Collect, check, and ensure safe keeping of cash and cheques
  • Promote products and services to potential clients
  • Deal with post returned and daily overdraft reports
  • Ensure all activities meet the Bank’s internal policies, procedures, and other regulatory requirements at all times

Mandarin Speaking Assistant Customer Service - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree educated preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other relevant subject
  • Proven track record in similar business stream
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking products is preferred
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements is preferred
  • Excellent English and Mandarin written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player who is able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
