Exclusive Links is growing their Sales Team and we are looking for Mandarin speakers to join us and enhance the dynamics of our existing multilingual team.

Our Sales Client Managers are responsible for assisting clients in buying, renting, or selling properties and ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for all parties involved.

Dubai Real Estate experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for individuals that are self-motivated, customer focused, and sales driven with a positive and professional attitude.

DUTIES

• Assisting clients in buying, renting, or selling properties in Dubai
• Arranging and conducting property viewings and valuations
• Negotiating process between buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants
• Keeping track of deal status while liaising with our Sales Progression team
• Sourcing and developing relationships with potential buyers/sellers/landlords/tenants through networking and using company database to update, increase and maintain the property/client database
• Collaborating with other agents/brokers to expand your network, share information and successfully close deals
• Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all
• Source and provide information including marketing literature on new developments
• To complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible and to comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance
• Staying up to date with the latest property trends, pricing and regulations in the Dubai Real Estate market
• Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily
