- Solid helpdesk support, user account administration, IT assets management, meeting support, vendor coordination, and IT operations monitoring.

Reports to: Deputy Head of IT
Mandarin speaking IT Operator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Responsible for user support. Assisting employees with desktop setup, computer configuration, phone and network connection, software installation, system access provisioning, etc.
- Manage service desk mailbox, and assign tickets (both hotline and mailbox), responsible for escalation management, including identifying complex issue and escalating to specialized teams such as infrastructure team, security team and application team, as well as head and deputy head of IT.
- Responsible for documenting solutions in a knowledge base and providing basic user training to prevent recurring issues.
- Responsible for provisioning new employee onboarding, for AD and business system user maintenance, password reset, lock and unlock user account, guide employee for access computer and FOVA system.
- In charge of meeting support, including internet conference meeting, internal meeting with HO.
- In charge of IT custody and storage room, equipment delivery process, logging into Finance fix asset system and IT resource system, as well as configuration database systems.
- Perform the tap backup rotation replacement, coordinate with service provider for taps transportation.
- In charge of invoice payment process, check the accounting detail and record correspondent invoice.
- In charge of printer maintenance, including toners replacement, paper stuck issues.
- Perform monitoring of IT events and incident, within the computer room environment, HO monitoring system, SOC monitoring system, HO incident system, change system.
- Perform year-end stocktaking of the IT assets.

Mandarin speaking IT Operator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- English & Chinese (Mandarin) – fluent both oral and written.
- Proven record of relevant experiences.
- Microsoft Server and Desktop operating systems (2019 Server, Win10/11)
- Core Microsoft Infrastructure technologies and solutions (Exchange, AD, WSUS, RDS, DFS)
- Systems Virtualization (VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V)
- Backup technologies (Veeam, Backup Exec, System Recovery, Endpoint Protection, LTO)
- Server hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- Hardware firewalls and router configuration
- Switching (HP, Cisco, Juniper)
- System and network monitoring
