Mandarin speaking Senior GTM Specialist-Reading - What You'll be Doing:
Core GTM Responsibilities
- Market Entry Strategy Design
- Assist in developing end-to-end product launch plans, including market selection, pricing strategies (channel/promotional/regional pricing structures), channel planning, and promotion timelines
- Conduct deep analysis of UK/Ireland market demands to identify product differentiation points (e.g., technical advantages/scenario-based solutions)
- Develop competitive benchmarking models and produce sales toolkits (product USPs/KSPs, competitive comparison guides, user case libraries)
Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration
- Lead GTM processes by aligning resources across R&D, supply chain, marketing, and sales departments (e.g., marketing strategies, campaign scheduling)
- Design product training systems covering technical parameter explanations, scenario-based sales guides, and potential after-sales issue avoidance
- Coordinate with HQ for product localization (e.g., firmware version iterations, packaging compliance verification)

Product Lifecycle Management
- Monitor KPIs (product ratings, return rates, sales volume, market share) to dynamically adjust GTM strategies
- Collect end-user feedback and analyse market/competitor trends to drive next-gen product requirements
Engineering Support Responsibilities
- Execute product reliability testing (competitive product comparative testing/household environment testing)
- Provide pre-sales technical proposals (e.g., home network employment/security recommendations) and post-sales troubleshooting
- Submit localization improvement suggestions (software/hardware features, installation guidelines, certification compliance)
Mandarin speaking Senior GTM Specialist-Reading - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years in smart hardware GTM roles with full participation in ≥2 product launch projects
- Experience in cross-time zone collaboration (China HQ + European markets)
- In-depth understanding of smart home/networking technologies and products
- Strong analytical, self-learning, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Valid driver’s license

- Relevant technical certifications in ICT
- Fluent in Mandarin (written & spoken)
