Job Title: Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Manhattan Active WMS Functional Consultant to support supply chain and logistics transformation projects for a leading organisation.
The successful candidate will bring strong experience with Manhattan Active, together with a solid understanding of warehouse management, logistics and wider supply chain operations. This is a client-facing role involving the analysis, design and implementation of warehouse management solutions, with regular travel to customer sites.
Candidates based in or near Telford are particularly encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand warehouse, logistics and supply chain requirements.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the design, configuration and implementation of Manhattan Active WMS solutions.
- Translate operational requirements into effective functional solutions.
- Produce functional specifications, process documentation and test scenarios.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing and end-to-end testing.
- Assist with issue identification, resolution and deployment activities.
- Work closely with technical teams, project managers and business stakeholders.
- Provide functional guidance and knowledge transfer to client teams.
- Travel to client and project locations approximately 50–60% of the time.

Essential experience:
- Previous professional experience working with Manhattan Active, ideally Manhattan Active WMS.
- Experience in a supply chain, warehouse management or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Experience contributing to WMS implementation, configuration, optimisation or transformation projects.
- Ability to engage confidently with clients and operational stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50–60% of the time.
- Right to work in the UK.
