Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young children? Would you like to be part of a team where every child is at the heart of everything we do?
Working in Early Years is truly special. It’s a place filled with laughter, curiosity, creativity, discovery and so many little moments that make a huge difference.
You’ll have the opportunity to support our youngest learners as they develop communication, independence, confidence and new skills. Every day is different, whether we’re exploring sensory activities, getting creative, enjoying music and stories, playing outdoors or simply following a child’s interests and seeing where their curiosity takes them.
One of the most rewarding parts of working in our Early Years team is the relationships you build — not only with the children but with their families too. We work closely with families, listening to them, learning from them and working together to give each child the best possible support.
You’ll also be part of a supportive team, working alongside teachers, teaching assistants, therapists and other professionals to create meaningful experiences and opportunities for our students.
The rewards can be found in the smallest moments — a smile, a new sound, a first interaction, trying something for the first time, becoming more independent or simply seeing a child happy and engaged. These moments might seem small to some, but in Early Years, they can mean absolutely everything.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
