Job Vacancy: Food & Beverage Operations Manager at Foxhills Collection
Are you an inspiring hospitality leader with a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences, whilst leading and motivating your team to provide excellent guest experiences? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking an individual experienced in Food & Beverage Management to lead our teams and oversee the overall running of the Manor House and Lomri restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Lead the day-to-day operation of all Manor House food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, high standards, and smooth daily operations.
- Guest and Member Experience: Deliver an outstanding guest and member experience through excellent service, product knowledge, and effective resolution of feedback.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team, fostering a high-performing culture through coaching, training, and clear performance expectations.
- Commercial Performance: Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control by maximizing sales opportunities, monitoring performance, and supporting commercial initiatives.
- Standards, Training, and Compliance: Maintain exceptional service standards while ensuring full compliance with food safety, health and safety, licensing, and operational procedures.
- Beverage, Bar, and Cellar Control: Oversee the bar and beverage operation, ensuring effective stock control, product quality, and team expertise to maximize performance.
- Private Dining and Conference Service: Ensure seamless delivery of private dining, conferences, and events through effective planning, communication, and operational excellence.

Requirements
We're looking for a confident, visible leader who leads by example, builds strong relationships with colleagues, members, and guests, and takes pride in delivering consistently exceptional hospitality.
- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar senior hospitality management role.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams within a busy food and beverage operation.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations. A good knowledge of conference, events, and private dining operations is also preferred.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest and member experiences with a keen eye for detail.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets, labour costs, stock control, and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety, health and safety, licensing, and allergen regulations.
- Experience using EPOS, rota management, and stock control systems would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays in line with business needs.
- A positive, proactive, and hands-on management style with a willingness to lead from the front.
