What you'll do
- Test new features and verify bug fixes
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation
- Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios before development is completed
- Test REST APIs using Swagger or Postman
- Verify data using SQL
- Reproduce reported issues and work with developers to investigate root causes
- Participate in refinement sessions, and release testing
- Help improve our testing processes and increase overall test coverage

Requirements
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA
- Experience testing web applications
- Experience with Salesforce
- Good understanding of the software testing lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques
- Experience creating test documentation from scratch
- Experience working with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools)
- Familiarity with browser DevTools
- Experience testing REST APIs
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with DB Testing (Postgres, MySQL)
- Experience with CI/CD products
- Basic understanding of Git
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- English level sufficient for daily communication
- Experience testing complex enterprise applications
