Shift Pattern: Saturday & Sunday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (8 hours per day)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term

Corin is a global orthopaedics company based in Cirencester, Gloucestershire, manufacturing innovative hip and knee implants that help improve patient outcomes worldwide. With over 500 employees across seven sites, we're committed to quality, precision, and innovation.

We are looking for Manufacturing Assistants to join our Manufacturing team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This role is perfect for college/university students, recent graduates, or anyone looking for weekend work around existing weekday commitments. No previous manufacturing experience is required as full training will be provided.

As a Manufacturing Assistant, you will:

  • Carry out shot blasting and linishing/polishing processes on orthopaedic implants
  • Follow manufacturing procedures and work instructions
  • Handle components carefully to maintain quality standards
  • Complete production records accurately
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality requirements

The ideal Manufacturing Assistant will have:

  • A good standard of education, including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong manual dexterity and an interest in hands-on work
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • A reliable and proactive approach

Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.

Please note: Successful candidates will be required to attend a 1-day induction on a Monday and a 1-day training session during the week before starting weekend shifts.
